I absolutely LOVE SQN Escapes. Janet is such a delightful person to work with. I had a pretty difficult request but Janet went above and beyond to help me find THE BEST DEAL!!! We worked with Janet at SQN Escapes for our family vacation at Vidanta, and I really want to recognize her for how well she took care of us. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the room we had originally reserved was unavailable, and after waiting several hours we were offered another room that was described as an upgrade but really didn’t feel like one. It was a frustrating start to our vacation. We contacted Janet, and she immediately stepped in, listened to our concerns, involved her management team and worked with the resort to make things right. She ultimately got our family into a beautiful three-bedroom Grand Luxe Spa Suite, which was a tremendous improvement and honestly changed the entire direction of our vacation. Things don’t always go perfectly when traveling, and to me the real test is how someone responds when there is a problem. Janet followed through and made sure our family was taken care of. We truly appreciate everything she did and would absolutely recommend working with her and SQN Escapes.
